Recent Birding Reports

Please Excuse my spelling ,I am Dyslexic
thank you for your understanding.

With most of the birds flying south of the Hawk watch to day a hardy bunch
of us drove south ( not far ) to the corner of Kemp rd and Alan Rd and
finally I had a good spring day of hawking ( but still not at Beamer )

From 11:30 am to 3:00 pm my count was as follows

Sharp shin hawk 129 , N Hearer 14 , Broad-winged hawk 292 , Red tailed hawk
29 , Turkey Vulture 43 , Osprey 1 , Coopers hawk 5 , A Kestrel 6 , Bald
Eagle 1 Juv at 2:50.

Beamer Hawk watch is found by exiting the QEW at # 71 and following hiway 12
through Grimsby up the hill and turn right on to #79 watch for the sing on
the right for the park
