  • The Friends of Rondeau
  • The Friends of Rondeau Provincial Park is a registered, non-profit, charitable organization established for the purpose of fund raising on a continuing basis in order to encourage and support programs for interpretive, educational, scientific, historical, protection and preservation purposes related to the natural and historical resources of Rondeau Provincial Park and other Ontario Provincial Parks’.   • Primarily we are a group of Lambton County residents (more than 200 families) who enjoy natural history and like to share our interests, experiences, knowledge and concerns for the state of the environment with other enthusiasts. Lambton Wildlife Inc. is a nonprofit, volunteer, naturalist organization, founded in 1966, and is licensed as a charitable corporation under the Income Tax Act. We are dedicated to the conservation, preservation, and protection of the natural environment in Lambton County.

    LWI owns and/or manages several environmentally important or unique properties in Lambton.

  • MUSKOKA FIELD NATURALISTS (MFN) is a 200 member non-profit organization dedicated to nature study and conservation. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Gravenhurst High School (Feb,Mar,Apr,May,June) or at The Pines Centre for Seniors Auditorium on Pine Street in Bracebridge (Sept,Oct,Nov,Jan). Outings are scheduled monthly except in May when weekly birding outings are scheduled. All outings are published in advance in the MFN newsletter. This 6 page newsletter,Wakerobin, is mailed bimonthly to MFN members. Memberships are available at MFN meetings.

    The Peterborough Field Naturalists was started in 1940 by a group of dedicated naturalists, to promote the study of all aspects of nature and to encourage the conservation of our wildlife areas. The Club joined the Federation of Ontario Naturalists in 1946 and has been affiliated with them since that time.
